THREE ELIXIR

At THREE ELIXIR, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience; however, if you face any issues with your order, please review our return and refund policy carefully.

Note: The Everyday Combo Page is a sister concern of THREE ELIXIR. All rules and regulations are governed and maintained by THREE ELIXIR.


1. Immediate Return at the Time of Delivery

If you choose to return a product at the time of delivery, the following conditions apply:

  • The customer must pay the delivery charge immediately.
  • If the full Cash on Delivery (COD) amount has already been paid, the refund will be initiated.
  • The refund will be processed within 3 working days after confirmation.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return Window: Products must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • Promotional Items: Any complimentary or promotional items must also be returned.
  • Eligible Reasons for Return:
    • Damaged product
    • Defective product
    • Incorrect product description
    • Size or color mismatch

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested size or product is out of stock, THREE ELIXIR is not responsible for arranging an exchange.
  • Only one (1) exchange is allowed per order.
  • Delivery charges for exchange must be paid in advance:
    • Inside Dhaka: BDT 100
    • Outside Dhaka: BDT 150
  • Additional exchanges after the first exchange are not permitted.

4. Stock Clearance / Discounted Sale Policy

Products sold under Stock Clearance, Discounted Sales, or Special Offers are subject to the following rules:

  • No refund is applicable on stock clearance or discounted items.
  • Customers are fully responsible once the product is accepted from the delivery personnel.
  • Customers are strongly advised to check the product in front of the delivery person.
  • If any issue is found at the time of delivery, the customer may return the product by paying only the delivery charge.
  • Exchange will be applicable only if the required size or product is available in the warehouse.

5. Refund & Replacement Policy

  • Non-Refundable Charges:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience fee
    • Shipping & delivery charges
  • Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for refund processing.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used (Card / Mobile Banking / Other).
